  1. Pricing & Payments
    All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfers. Online payment options will be added soon.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

  1. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Orders may be cancelled due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
    Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.

Delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

  1. Returns & Exchange Policy
    Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged or defective

The product is incorrect (wrong size/color/item)

To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and proof of issue.

Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Note: Perfumes and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
